Last May 08, 2009, the 3rd UCM Annual Basketball Cup 2009 opened with a bang at the Bulwagang Sta. Catalina College with the opening game of San Antonio Youth Choir (SAYC) and Ushers & Collectors Ministry (UCM) with the UCM emerged as winner. This year’s cup is bigger than previous years with the participation of former members of Ushers & Collectors Guild (UCG) and Parish Youth Ministry (PYM) bringing the competing teams to five (5) which also include the Lingkod ng Dimbana.
One of the big changes in this year’s cup is the venue wherein all games shall be held at St. Rose 2 Basketball Court unlike in the prior years wherein all games were held at Bulwagang Sta. Catalina. As of May 24, 2009 the Team Standings are as follows:

The final games are expected to be held this coming May 31, 2009 with PYM as the waiting team on the way to this year’s UCM Basketball Cup 2009 Championship.
